RCL Cares partners with everywoman to add trade resources

Royal Caribbean Cruises Limited, the parent company of Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, Azamara and Silversea Cruises, has partnered with everywoman to add resources to online agent hub RCL Cares

With the new partnership, RCL Cares, launched in April 2020, aims to support UK and Ireland travel partners by featuring an array of captivating content from everywoman, including inspirational webinars, informative features and articles, videos and podcasts, advice and guidance from experts as well as access to homeworking hubs and virtual coffee breaks.

Ben Bouldin, vice-president of EMEA, RCL, commented: ?Trade partner feedback on RCL Cares has been fantastic. I am glad that we have been able to build on this resource and support our invaluable trade agents further, through a partnership with everywoman.?

Founded by women leaders themselves, everywoman features content that focuses on leadership roles and how to navigate them, especially during the coronavirus pandemic. It features commentaries from former Barclaycard managing director Sandra Moise and Heathrow Airport director Helen Elsby.  Travel partners can access homeworking hubs and virtual coffee breaks.

Karen Gill MBE, co-founder of everywoman, said: ?The everywoman community has as many as 30,000 members. Through the RCL Cares initiative, we are thrilled to share this more widely, to support the travel industry at this critical time. The content features commentary and insight from some of this country?s best thinkers and experienced leaders ? delivered by women, relevant for all.?

Experts from the fields of research, technology and psychology have shared thoughts about the future, particularly living and working in a post COVID-19 world. The web resources are free to all the travel partners. Additionally, more content will be added on the website every month, through the RCL Cares initiative.

Jo Rzymowska, vice-president and managing director EMEA, Celebrity Cruises, added: ?Everywoman has been a significant part of RCL?s diversity and their inclusion programme for some years now, supporting our employees in the UK and Ireland. Strengthening our relationship through RCL Cares will serve to help our extended RCL family, our valued travel partners, as we all find our way through these extraordinary times.?
