The online booking service has launched a new feature, letting agents book transfers in over 100 countries directly.
Online hotel and flight booking service, RateHawk.com, has launched a new feature, allowing its trade partners to book transfers for their clients in over 100 countries directly. The functionality is available to all registered users on the brand's online portal.
Felix Shpilman, CEO of Emerging Travel Group, RateHawk's parent company, explained: ?The comfort and convenience of our partners when working with RateHawk is our chief priority. We know how important it is for travel professionals to be able to book all of a journey?s components in the same system, and we are therefore constantly working to provide our users with the widest possible range of travel services."
Transfers come in a variety of rates: Economy+, Comfort minivan, business and first class. Trade partners can accommodate up to eight passengers in a single booking. Users must specify the start and end points of journeys, date and start time, number of passengers, child seating requirements, flight number and luggage dimensions. The service is bookable up to 24 hours before the transfer.
Agents can set commission independently, paying for bookings by bank transfer, card or the partner's credit limit. Agents are sent vouchers through RateHawk's online account. The service is available on the platform's desktop version and will be soon added to the mobile app.
