RateHawk.com, an online hotel booking service for travel professionals is launching the sale of air tickets on its platform.

Partners of the service, that is UK travel agents and travel professionals, can now book hotels, air tickets and other travel services in a single system.

Felix Shpilman, CEO of Emerging Travel Group which manages RateHawk, commented: ?The capability to book air tickets is a long-awaited feature for most of RateHawk?s clients. During the years that we have been working with travel professionals we have managed to create an innovative travel booking tool with extensive functionality, user-friendly interface and the best customer service, which is demanded by our partners around the world. RateHawk?s clients can now use all the advantages of the platform not only for booking hotels, but also for planning flights at attractive prices, which will significantly raise the profitability of their business.?

Tickets may be ordered for regular flights of over 200 airlines throughout the world, and in the coming months over 150 budget airlines will also connect to the platform. To start using the new service, one must register in the RateHawk system. Information on booked and issued tickets is stored in the Air tickets section of the RateHawk online account and is available from the system?s web version. In the near future it will become possible to view air ticket orders in the RateHawk mobile app as well.

The required tickets can be selected using filters for example, tickets may be sorted according to departure and arrival time, preferred airline, number of connections and baggage allowance. One-way, return and multiple destination tickets are available, the latter including up to four flights. A partner may book a flight for a group of up to nine people in a single order.

RateHawk?s flexible functionality allows the partner to set the amount of agent?s commission independently for the entire order or for each passenger and flight segment separately.
