Feedback from Expedia, Hotels.com and Vrbo has been integrated into the existing review database, meaning you can now access over 138 million reviews on the agent portal.
The trade-exclusive system has confirmed a partnership with Expedia Group, allowing reviews from Expedia, Hotels.com and Vrbo to be integrated into the existing review database, which was previously sourced solely from Tripadvisor and RateHawk's services.
Additional reviews now increase the review database by over 17%, bringing the total amount to over 136 million verified reviews.
You can now access the reviews directly through the platform, helping you cater for clients' expectations and guarantee your chosen options align with their preferences.
