Hilton's flagship brand is set to arrive in the northernmost Emirate in Q4 2026, adding 350 keys and expanding its 80-hotel Middle Eastern portfolio.
Signing an agreement with M Hospitality, Hilton will bring its flagship brand to Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. Carlos Khneisser, VP of development in Middle East & Africa for Hilton, said the company "see[s] great opportunity in the emirate and its leisure hubs such as Marjan Island. We currently have two hotels in operation on the island and Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa will add significantly to our offering."
315 spacious king rooms and 35 suites will adorn the Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa when it opens, along with six restaurants and bars and a whole host of facilities overlooking the Arabian Gulf.
The property will bring Hilton's UAE presence to a 36-hotel-strong one, with five in Ras Al Khaimah alone.
