The newly renovated Casa do Lago restaurant
A ?1.25 million renovation has been made to Casa do Lago restaurant situated lakeside, in the heart of the Algarve resort. The newly transformed seafood restaurant now exhibits a refreshed and sophisticated nautical feel, emulating the gorgeous blue water which can be admired from table view.
Brand new sustainable strategy
The resort created its own farm last year to provide its restaurants with homegrown organic produce and has now announced a series of further measures to help foster nature, including placing information boards on the golf courses and nearby nature trails advising people of the wildlife living nearby.

Quinta do Lago?s South Course is to be given a modern makeover as part of a new ?7 million golf course investment programme taking place at the luxury Portuguese resort this summer. With sustainable goals in mind, the resort team will work with the Golf Environment Organisation (GEO) Foundation to further enhance its environmental stewardship.
