TPConnects Technologies has modernised Qatar Airways' trade capacity, with a 'state-of-the-art' new platform streamlining the agent experience with greater choice of flight and ancilliary offers
Agents can now access NDC offers via the web-based trade portal, as well as upsell with a simpler process around adding extras and bundling flights and ancillaries, all in the name of maximising agents' earning capacity and business with Qatar Airways.
During periods of disruption, the portal aims to facilitate smoother cancellation and rescheduling.
For all its functionality, the platform was delivered in just 12 weeks, with the provider releasing a case study detailing the M.O. of the new platform and how it managed such a rapid turnaround.
