Pullman opens Khao Lak Resort, Thailand

Pullman's eighth Thai property has opened on Bang Muang Beach, Phang Nga.

Pullman Hotels and Resorts has opened the doors to its eighth property in Thailand, the Pullman Khao Lak Resort.

The stylish resort takes influence from the local and vibrant Thai culture, inspired by the Takua Pa Old Town and Sino-Portugese architecture, with guests immersed in local art and handicrafts.

Garth Simmons, CEO of Accor in Southeast Asia, Japan and South Korea, explained: "The opening of Pullman Khao Lak Resort is our 8th Pullman property in Thailand, joining a collection of hotels and resorts that are focused on fueling success by inspiring the mind and energizing the body. Phang Nga is famous for its natural beauty and pristine beaches so we are excited to debut such a vibrant resort here. Pullman Khao Lak Resort will feature immersive art and design, offer up smart interactions between guests and staff, allow guests to stay on top of their game with exciting fitness offerings, and serve up a happening array of F&B concepts."

Hosting 253 guestrooms, the resort offers private balconies, spacious living areas, and open bathrooms, with a choice of accommodation. Guests can choose from the 44 sqm Deluxe room, the 62 sqm Family Suite, or the 88 sqm Presidential Suite that offers ocean views. For a more secluded option, the resort offers two-bedroom pool villas for families or couples.

Guests can refuel throughout their stay with a choice of dining and beverage options, from three-course dinners, earlybird coffee and grab-and-go options or sunset cocktails. The seafront Kram Beach Club has a menu of light fare, healthy bites, fresh seafood and Mediterranean choices. Lobby-based The Junction offers a space to work and create along with a selection of beverages, pastries and healthy wraps, and the relaxing Hub Pool offers a space for events, get-togethers and activities.

Guests booking directly with the resort by May 8, 2021, can benefit from a complimentary night's stay until September 30, 2021. A Deluxe Room starts from approximately £74 per night, including breakfast for two, with a long-stay package of 14 nights starting from £345 or £645 for 30 nights.
