The world's largest independent hotel brand, Preferred Hotels & Resorts, will open 15 new resorts and hotels worldwide in 2021. Offerings span from an eco-hideaway in northern Italy to an art deco retreat in downtown Chicago.

Casa di Langa, Piedmont, Italy - Spring 2021
A 39-room hotel combining traditional Piedmontese design with sustainable practices including carbon neutrality, 100% recycled water for irrigation and farm-to-table cuisine.
The Londoner, London, United Kingdom - April 2021
The 350 guestroom, 35 suite city boutique hotel set in Leicester Square boasts cityscape views, fine artwork, six restaurants and a rooftop bar. The hotel will also employ sustainable luxury.
The Wall Street Hotel, New York, USA
A Tontine Building, originating as a coffee house in 1874, the Wall Street Hotel is a 180-room hotel with a Chef John Fraser led JF Restaurant, Top Floor bar and complimentary electric scooters and V?losophy Original comfort bikes, as well as an array of in-room spa treatments.
