Peak season at PortAventura World kicks off with new attractions for 2016

Summer at PortAventura World has officially arrived with new features such as the passage of terror in the Far West area and a series of special White Nights when the streets of all six worlds will be filled with music and special performances.

As the Barcelona attraction heads into its peak season (which runs until September 10) opening times will be extended over the summer months with a new closing time of midnight.

The new Passage of Terror in the Far West, which is full of monsters and other spooky characters, recreates the dark side of the city of Penitence whilst the Noches de Fuego en Tahit? show, which combines fire and Polynesian dance, will be performed during the later closing times.

To end the day visitors to the park will be able to attend FiestAventura; a visual and audio combination that brings together water, fire, lights and sound whilst featuring pyrotechnic special effects.

Summer special tickets are only available during high season with night tickets also available for visitors to enjoy the park from 19:00 until midnight at a reduced price of ?17 for adults and ?14 for juniors.
