Palladium Hotel Group announces safety measures ahead of gradual openings

Palladium Hotel Group, has partnered with SGS, a leading entity for the certification and implementation of safety and welfare protocols, to continue offering travellers risk-free holidays and ensure a safe environment across all of its hotel portfolios in the Americas and in Europe.

The Palladium Hotel Group protocol includes new rules and procedures to ensure strict compliance with hygienic and sanitary standards following recommendations both from the World Health Organisation (WHO) as well as the guidelines set by the relevant authorities of the six countries in which the group is present. 

Some of the measures include: 

- Creation of the Palladium Hotel Group Global Customer Experience and Safety Council

- SGS external audits

- Improvements of existing health and safety measures including cleaning and disinfection processes in its facilities, implementation of new hygiene initiatives, maximum food security and adaptation of common areas and adhere to social distancing measures

- Online check-in and check-out for guests and promotion of digital information via applications, Palladium Hotel Group website and Palladium TV.

- Training plan for employees on best practices with customers, partners and suppliers, ensuring everyone?s safety.
