Oceania Cruises introduces new online Travel Agent Center

Oceania Cruises has unveiled its new online Travel Agent Center as part of the brands OceaniaNEXT enhancements.

The new agent portal has been re-designed to make it more intuitive and provide travel partners with the tools and information they need in order to offer their clients good service.

In 'Plan a Cruise' section, agents can make a new booking for a guest or modify an existing reservation. They can add payments, make restaurant reservations, request shore excursions and more.

In 'Marketing Tools' section, travel partners can order brochures, access Oceania's marketing portal to download the latest marketing materials, and access lifestyle and ship images to improve their sales efforts.

The 'Sales Tips & Training' section features business-building tools such as an overview of offers and special programmes like OLife Choice and the Oceania Cruises Amenity Partnership Program (OCAPP) as well as reservation tools and details on robust group program.
