Norse Atlantic doubles monthly traffic in April

April 2024 saw passenger numbers more than double against April 2023, with almost 100,000 flyers boarding 398 flights.

Norse Atlantic recorded year-on-year increases across all key metrics (load factor, arrival times against scheduled, and completion rate).

Bjorn Tore Larsen, a former travel agent and now founder and CEO of Norse Atlantic Airways, said April was "another strong month," continuing: "As we ramped up the number of flights as part of our summer schedule, load factor also increased by 12 percentage points to 79%, however, some negative effect was expected due to Easter falling in March compared to the previous year."

"We welcomed more than double the number of passengers compared to the same period last year and look forward to a busy summer ahead."
