?Noisy children? voted most annoying in-flight issue

Research by www.sunshine.co.uk has revealed the top ten most annoying in-flight issues according to UK holidaymakers, with ?noisy children? the top irritation stated in a poll, closely followed by lack of leg room and poor quality food/choice of food.

The company polled 1,648 UK-based adults who had been abroad on holiday in the past 12 months via a flight and asked the question ?Which of the following scenarios annoy you the most during a flight, when going on holiday??. Respondents were asked to select all that applied and the results included:? Noisy children (88%), Lack of leg room (76%), Poor quality food/choice (52%), Not getting seated with co-travellers (49%), Passengers kicking backs of chairs (41), Loud fellow passengers (35%), Drunken fellow passengers (23%), Small toilets (17%), Rude in-flight crew (11%) and No in-flight entertainment (9%).
When asked if they enjoyed flying, 23% of those taking part said ?yes?, whilst 35% claimed to be ?indifferent?.
