Escorted tours specialist Newmarket Holidays has resumed its long-haul programme for the first time since September 2020.
The operator features an extensive worldwide programme and has ran more than 200 tours since July 2021.
The first departure were three Canadian trips - Canadian Rockies, Canada's Rocky Mountaineer and Canada - Niagara to the Rockies, and customers were joined by senior long haul product manager, Kathy Vigolo. Kathy spent 14 days with the customers and stated: ?After pausing our popular long-haul programme for more than 18 months, it was an absolute delight to accompany our first groups to Canada. To see the pure joy on the customer?s faces, after putting their travel plans on hold, was wonderful. So many of the customers found the experience really invigorating and were able to reconnect with each other and the world.?
Currently, Newmarket Holidays only allows customers on their trips who have been fully vaccinated, in addition to precautions advised by the government and health agencies. Their popular North American itineraries continue with Hollywood, Vegas and the Grand Canyon tour, which departed last week, and two further Deep South trips later in November.
