Santa has a new hotel to offer his visitors to Santa?s Lapland this Christmas - the Star Arctic Hotel, which will be located at the top of the fell in Saariselk?.
All suites will overlook the village and be split level with large windows ? ideal for viewing the Northern Lights - and there's also the opportunity to stay in a glass cabin.
The accommodation will offer a main building and restaurant plus a public sauna with large glass windows, with the bedrooms a short walk from the main building. Hot and cold buffet breakfast is included, and a half-board option includes three-course evening meals.
All packages comprise flights, transfers, accommodation and thermal clothing, plus a selection of inclusive activities such as a private meeting with Santa, a reindeer sleigh ride and visiting the elves and Igloo Fantasia. A three-day/two-night departure on December 12, flying from Southampton, costs from ?2,659 per family on half-board. It is based on a family of two adults and one child aged two to five.
