p>Goldcar, one of Spains leading car hire companies, has announced that it has introduced a new fuel policy, the quick return system for all its rental locations.Clients can now pay for the new policy on arrival which includes a full tank of fuel and a small service fee (depending on car size). Clients will then be reimbursed for the remaining fuel on return of the vehicle, rather than having to leave the unused fuel at their own expense.
Ruth Bligh, managing director of Your Car Hire, said: ?This is a massive breakthrough for car hire, especially in Spain, where most car rental suppliers operate on a full to empty basis, leaving some clients severely out of pocket. This will hopefully force other car rental suppliers into changing their own fuel policies, which can only be good news for the consumer."
