Near-70% rise in sector sales inspires new Carrier cruise guide

With cruise sales for 2024 up 68% year-on-year, Carrier's new lookbook hopes to capitalise on the growth and equip agents with the knowledge and tools required to convince cruise sceptics and continue selling to repeat cruise customers

'Our World for Cruise' hopes to distil the complexities of cruise to appeal to the widest audience possible, blending both inspiration and practical planning opportunities for agents.

Helen Tabois, Carrier's product manager for cruise, explained, "Our new lookbook is designed to do away with any misconceptions and present cruise in a way that will appeal to our ever-growing demographic of High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clientele."

Distinct chapters cover a range of cruise styles and destinations, from ocean cruising (a 'tried-and-tested classic') to voyages to Antarctica (for the 'intrepid explorer' types).

Continuing, Helen added, "To assist agents in inspiring their clients and finding the perfect cruise to suit their needs, we’ve highlighted key pointers to help identify the types of guests likely to be onboard, such as first-time cruisers, seasoned travellers, or solo adventurers."
