Members’ needs top agenda at Travelosophers’ first-ever conference

Agent homeworking group Travelosophers has held its first ever conference.

A Whole New World took place at the Amathus Beach Hotel in Limassol, and it was the first time the group of Travelosophers had all met up together.

During the conference, life coach Lindsay Garvey Jones from ‘ UnFunk Yourself’ hosted a session called ‘Fix your own mask first’, which focused on helping us to support our Travelosophers’ physical and mental wellbeing.

The Cyprus Tourist Office treated the delegates to a visit to some of the island’s historical sites and the Amara Hotel hosted the conference’s gala dinner. On the final night, Mark Harris, trade sales manager from Abercrombie and Kent and Cox and Kings treated the Travelosophers to a farewell dinner.

Anna Papaphotis was recognised as the Travelosophers Top Performer. Anna joined the company in February after deciding to close her high-street agency Travelmaina.

Also, following feedback from their members, the Travelosophers management team have decided to reduce their monthly fees, made lots of website enhancements and are working to develop a strategy that will help to generate quality leads.

Reflecting on the success of the first conference, director and founder Christos Hajipapas said: “ We feel very proud to have hosted such a wonderful group of Travelosophers in Cyprus, we are going into 2023 feeling excited and confident about our future.”
