Mark your diaries for PATA's 2022 event schedule

The schedule kicks off this week with virtual destination takeover quizzes and presentations. 

Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) has unveiled its 2022 virtual and in-person events line-up.

Kicking off this week, the programme begins with virtual 'Destination Takeover Quizzes' and presentations, including a NZ + Fiji PATA Takeover, with Tourism New Zealand, Singapore Airlines and Tourism Fiji on March 22, 2022 at 7pm, an Indian Ocean PATA Takeover, with Kihaa Maldives, Amilla, Furaveri and Sundara by Mosvold on March 22, 2022 at 3pm, and a Thailand PATA Takover, with Keemala, Pavilions Krabi & Phuket, Dusit Thani Pattaya / Hua Hin and Tourism Thailand on March 29, 2022 at 7pm.

Commenting on the Takeover events, PATA’s account director, Matt McCausland said: “All sessions will be a great chance for agents to get the latest updates from Pacific-Asia’s diverse destinations and products during a quick and interactive 60 min session. And of course, there will be some great prizes up for grabs, from Amazon vouchers, wine and chocolates.There are still some places left for any agents wanting to get involved.”

April will see PATA return to Leeds, Manchester and Glasgow for its 'Spring Quizzes' series, on April 25, 26, and 27, 2022, respectively. 

McCausland added: “These will be our first in-person quizzes in two years so we're looking to really celebrate with agents.”
