Lunch and learn with the burgeoning Blue Diamond brand

Luke Swarbrook, Blue Diamond Resorts' BDM, is hosting 30-minute 'lunch and learn' training sessions throughout July and August, looping in agents on the latest offers, discounts and incentives.

After Luke told Travel Bulletin last September that "agents are key to the [brand's] UK selling strategy," the brand has confirmed its latest educational: small group sessions guaranteeing agent attendees the chance to take in product info, selling tips, and value-adds including exclusive trade discounts and incentives.

On announcing the new 'lunch and learn' sessions, Luke said the format is "a fantastic way for agents to gain a better understanding of Blue Diamond Resorts and its key brands.

"We’ll work to center the sessions around key selling tips to ensure agents are successful in making bookings."
