John McDonald, director of the charity, said: ?Part of our vision is to work in partnership with others to increase the number of families that gain access to holidays and lowcost have been fantastic in creating this new opportunity to support single parent families. Not only will it make a difference to the actual holiday-makers but the donation will contribute to our work in helping very disadvantaged families have access to breaks, building happier and stronger families.?

The Family Holiday Association helps more than 2,000 families a year to have a simple break in the UK and escape the stresses of bereavement, poverty, chronic illness, inadequate housing or domestic violence.
