Guests enjoying the airport's KLM lounge will be offered direct access to boarding, accompanied by a lounge host escorting them to their aircraft.
Additional airlines are in talks to expand the lounge boarding service as the airport nears its summer season.
Last year saw Teesside become the first airport to ditch the 100ml liquid restrictions.
Chloe Hanlon, head of operations, said: "It’s great to see Teesside leading the charge and clocking yet another UK first.
“KLM and the airport have a close bond and we’re very pleased to offer Amsterdam passengers another way to enjoy their experience."
