Links Travel offering savings of ?150 on Sri Lanka beach stays

Links Travel & Tours are offering savings of ?150 per person on Sri Lanka beach stays, showing support for the people and businesses in the island nation after the Easter Sunday terror attacks. 

The Asia specialist is offering discounts of ?150 per person on seven night stays at one of three beachside hotels.

Helen Li, owner of the tour operator, said: "2019 is the first year that we have featured Sri Lanka, and our customer feedback prior to the bombings, and the concern shown by those travellers since, for the people they met during their holiday, has made us all the more determined to support our friends and colleagues there. We are hoping that this offer will give holidaymakers the push they need to experience Sri Lanka, and support the country after the recent events."

The three hotels available with this offer are between Colombo and Galle in the south west of Sri Lanka, in the resort of Bentota, famed for water sports, and Ahungalla, a small coastal town with a long stretch of palm fringed beach. Both resorts offer a range of activities other than relaxing such as day trips to Galle, visiting a local turtle sanctuary, private cooking lessons and more.

Guests opting for 'Bentota Beach Stay' can choose to stay at Avani Bentota Resort or Centara Ceysands Resort and Spa. Price at Avanai Bentota Resort starts from ?1,305, now ?1,152, with ?150 discount.
