To celebrate International Women’s Day, the operator has launched a series of women-only tours to shine the spotlight on women in the travel industry and encourage solo travel.
In honour of International Women’s Day, Insight Vacations is offering an 8% discount across its women-led tours which will begin from 2025 and include 11 guided itineraries across Europe, the America’s, India and Africa. The discount is valid on bookings made before May 31st, 2024.
The launch of the women-only series comes after extensive research with Journey Women, where 1,000 female travellers were surveyed and 65% said that they “look for tour companies that offer women-only tours or solo trips for women”and 43% said they “feel the travel industry ignores solo or older female travellers.”
On the tours, travellers will have the chance to explore cultures across the globe and meet like-minded women. The small group tours will be made of up of a maximum of 25 guests who will enjoy a tour created by women, for women.
Insight Vacations is also showing the love for its agents by launching an incentive gifting agents a £100 per booking Lifestyle voucher for each eligible solo female travel package. Bookings must be made between today and April 8th, 2024.
