Kuoni extends Flex+ booking policy to inspire customer confidence

The initiative allows holidays to be cancelled or amended up to 10 days before departure. 

In spite of positive news regarding worldwide travel this summer, many customers remain cautious about the commitment of a holiday booking. Responding to such concerns, Kuoni has expanded and extended Flex+, the booking protection initiative that allows long haul holidays to be cancelled or changed up to 10 days before travel, or 21 days for European breaks. 

The new version of the Flex+ promise is available across a number of Kuoni's worldwide offerings for departure dates up to December 15, 2021, and available on new bookings made before May 17, 2021. 

Derek Jones, Kuoni's CEO, commented: ?We want people to be excited about planning their holidays again, with the knowledge that they can change their mind, move the dates or easily get their money back up to ten days before they are due to go. We've listened carefully to what customers are telling us.  There's strong demand for destinations including the Maldives, Mauritius, Seychelles, the Caribbean, Italy and Greece, but there's still a hesitancy to commit to booking.  They need reassurance that if circumstances change they can amend or cancel without penalty."

Flex+ is available on selected bookings with Kuoni throughout the Indian Ocean, Far East, and Europe, with airlines including Emirates, Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways, Sri Lankan Airlines, and British Airways.
