Company directors, Brett and Orr recognised that many talented colleagues were facing reduced hours or redundancy and wanted to support them.
TOP Network will provide a platform that will match up each individual?s knowledge and experience with the businesses which may need help, with talent and skills for short-term projects and longer-term contracts.
Travel, tourism and hospitality businesses in UK or overseas with representations in UK & Europe, will be able to discuss opportunities and review TOP Network?s talent pool, with the knowledge, that each individual is part of a professional network and that they will have proven experience, skills and expertise in the industry.
The team at TOP Network are looking to hear from travel industry colleagues with relevant experience and specialist skills who are available for freelance and consultancy opportunities, as it understands that current staffing levels need to be scalable and responsive to market conditions.
