Just You operates first holiday overseas in 18 months

Just You is taking its adventure seekers off to Jordan next week, following its recent holiday to Iceland, the first overseas tour in more than 18 months for the solo travel brand.

?It has been a very exciting couple of weeks as everyone at Just You HQ has been preparing to send off our first overseas holidays in more than 18 months,? said Liesa Bissett,  Just You?s product and operations director.

?People have really missed exploring and Jordan is a fantastic way of saying that the time for an adventure is now. It is one of our most popular tours, taking in Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea. A standout experience on this tour is the accommodation we offer in Wadi Rum, where our customers stay for the night in a Bedouin-style tent, offering an incredible stargazing opportunity,? added Liesa.

Just You?s Jordan ? A Land of Ancient Treasures & Empires, is an eight-day tour, with prices starting at ?2,799, discovering Jordan?s treasures, desert landscapes and the ?lost city? of Petra.

It?s first overseas holiday since travel opened up again was the five-day Icelandic Splendours tour, Just You took its customers on a journey of discovery, seeking out the array of natural wonders that Iceland has to offer, and they also went in search of the Northern Lights.

?It was so exciting to be back on a Just You solos tour again. I thought that it was the travel that I would have missed the most, but actually it was watching the group come together and make new friends, it was all very emotional,? said Just You Tour Manager Jennie Whalley.

?I think the connection is what people have really missed, the coming together as a group and sharing those amazing experiences when we are out exploring and then talking about it later when we were back in the hotel. It was such a special experience, and to watch people go home having made new friends, it is such a big part of what Just You is all about. It is one of the main reasons that I became a Tour Manager and why I love what I do,? added Jennie.

Just You will also be running a second tour to Iceland, departing November 6.
