Mels Travel, County Durham, and Total Travel, West Yorkshire were the lucky winners of the recent competition.
The JG Travel Group has announced the winners of its recent competition, which enlisted agents to draft a five-point plan of marketing ideas on how they would spend a ?1,000 cash prize to grow their business through National Holidays or Just Go! Holidays.
All entries were judged by the group's management panel of CEO Andy Freeth, sales director Matthew Herbert and trade sales manager Claire Dutton.
The lucky agencies to win were Mel's Travel from Ferryhill, County Durham and Total Travel in Heckmondwike, West Yorkshire.
Claire Dutton, trade sales manager, comments: ?I was blown away with the entries and both the agencies we selected were worthy winners. It was quite emotional when I went in store to tell the agencies they had won, and you could really see just how grateful they were. We can?t wait to see some of the ideas turn into reality.?
