The operator has announced the return of the service, following on from its announcement of the Cyprus services relaunch last month.
Jet2holidays has announced an expansion to its Free Resort Flight Check-in service to the Canary Islands this summer.
Hot on the heels of positive feedback and demand after the service was confirmed to be returning to over 50 hotels in Cyprus, the operator is expanding the service to Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura this summer.
Available to over 130 hotels across the four Canary Islands destinations, the service allows guests to check-in their bags at the hotel on the morning of departure, allowing them to enjoy the final day of their holidays bag-free.
The service initially launched in 2016, before being put on hiatus due to the pandemic.
Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, said: “Since announcing the return of our Free Resort Flight Check-in® service in well over 50 hotels initially in Cyprus, we have received phenomenal feedback from both customers and independent travel agents who have really welcomed the return of the service."
