Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks get festive with Christmas market trips

The programme will return in November, with seven destinations on sale for the winter season.

With demand for European Christmas escapes rebounding from last year's restricted season, Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks is gearing up to return to seven winter destinations.

14 dedicated trips are on offer throughout the season, with destinations including Berlin, Budapest, Cologne, Copenhagen, Prague and Vienna.

Along with dedicated trips, the airline and package operator will offer scheduled flights and breaks to Prague, Vienna and Krakow throughout the season.

Jet2.com will fly from a number of its UK bases throughout winter, with services from Belfast International, Birmingham, East Midlands, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford,  Manchester, and Newcastle.

Along with the Christmas market hotspots, city break destinations on offer throughout the season include Amsterdam, Barcelona, Rome, Venice, Paris and Reykjavik.

Steve Heapy, CEO, Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, said: “On the back of recent positive news about the reopening of international travel, and with many customers missing out last year, we are seeing strong demand from customers looking to visit some of the best of Europe’s Christmas market destinations this winter.

“We know customers are as equally as delighted as us to see the return of these popular trips from November and this has translated into customers flocking to book Christmas Markets breaks.”

Flight-only and package options are available to secure with deposits from £60 per person.

Package options include 22kg hold luggage, airport transfers and a choice of two- to five-star hotels.
