In light of the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, If Only? has waived amendment and cancellation fees on all bookings made from March 10-31 and introduced a number of flexible booking measures, live with immediate effect.
Gordon McCreadie, product and distribution director at the luxury tour operator, said: ?As coronavirus continues to spread, we understand that there is a lot of uncertainty around travel in general and booking future holidays at present. As ever, supporting our agent partners is our top priority, so we?ve introduced certain measures to help them reassure their customers during this challenging time.
?As a result, we have waived If Only? amendment and cancellation fees on all bookings made from March 10-31, so our agent partners can book holidays with confidence knowing they have the flexibility to cancel if the situation or their customers? circumstances change.
?As always, we will follow the advice of the World Health Organization (WHO) in terms of the destinations we promote, so rest assured that your customers? safety remains a top priority.?
