Hummingbird Travel to host a webinar on post-pandemic travel in Maldives

Hummingbird Travel and The Maldivian High Commission, London, are hosting a webinar and panel discussion on July 1 at 3pm (BST) for travel agents, on topics related to travel trade in the Maldives, in a post-COVID-19 world.

The webinar aims to educate the travel industry about the health and safety procedures for post-pandemic travel, with Moosa Solih, acting managing director of the Maldives Airports Company Ltd speaking about the arrival and departures procedures in place at the airport. 

Mohamed Khusaan, senior policy director and Ali Razzan, senior policy executive, from the Tourism Ministry, will talk about health and safety measures at resorts and transfers,while three doctors from the government's COVID-19 hospital, Dr Ali Latheef, Dr Ahmed Shaheed and Dr Moosa Hussain, will deliver presentations on the health facilities in the Maldives.
