Hotel Crillon Le Brave to reopen in early June

Following its annual closure and full redevelopment, the five-star Hotel Crillon Le Brave is set to re-open on June 5.

The hotel reception area, public spaces and outdoor pool overlooking surrounding vineyards and picture-perfect Proven?al countryside have been exquisitely presented with the help of French designer and decorator Charles Zana.

Nestled within a village eponymous of the Vaucluse region, the hotel offers guests 34 rooms and suites, comprised of 16 rooms and 18 suites, which have been refreshed for the season.

Crillon le Brave will present a selection of menus and delicious dishes to choose from with the help of the up and coming talented young chef Anissa Boulesteix.

Guests and locals alike can expect tender lamb, Ventoux truffles, red mullet with fresh razor clams and wild garlic and new specialities including the must-try Hen?s Nest starter at gourmet restaurant La Madeleine.

Anissa further offers a series of fresh dishes using fresh produce and vegetables at La Table du Ventoux.

Guests can take in the stunning views over lunch and dinner with a glass of ros? or pastis amongst friends and family with a sharing board of tempting French cheeses and local specialities.

Guests are encouraged to do as much or as little as they like during their stay at Crillon Le Brave whether it be a bucket-list hot air balloon ride, a game of P?tanque in the hotel gardens or simply relaxing by the pool followed by a pampering massage or facial at Spa des Ecuries.

Nightly rates at Hotel Crillon Le Brave start from 350 euros on a bed-and-breakfast basis.
