Heritage Resorts in Mauritius announces new positioning and website

Rogers Hospitality, which manages the hotels and properties under the brand, has announced the repositioning and new website for the resorts.

Heritage Resorts has launched with a new brand positioning and website, keeping in line with modern travel trends.

The new positioning, 'Heritage Resorts Crafts Memorable Journeys Inspired by Nature', is based on five pillars: nature, golf, culinary art, kindness, and reconnection. All five pillars are inspired by Heritage's natural and cultural legacy.

Repositioning supports a key part of the brand's strategic aim to raise brand awareness and strengthen its position in the luxury resort market.

Axelle Mazery, chief communications officer at Rogers Hospitality said: “Several respected reports such as Skift, Black Tomato or McKinsey shared that going forward, travellers are longing for holidays filled with big moments and exceptional encounters.

"The modern and cultured traveller is now, more than ever, looking forward to new ways of discovering, living in the moment, new ways of seeing and new ways of being. In this line of thought, predictions show that people are aspiring to simple pleasures such an embracing family gathering, but not within the confines of their homes but striking out for new shores and new sights."

The website's refreshed and simplified look, along with enhanced content, improved search functionality and mobile compatibility, will allow customers to better interact with Heritage Resorts and its tailor-made experiences.

Axelle said: “Our clientele’s preferences for how they book their holiday is continuously evolving and changing. At the same time, the digital revolution has changed the way consumers shop for their holidays transforming travel from a sellers’ to a buyers’ market.”
