Haven has launched a new holiday offering to customers looking for a break on the British coast this year.
?Haven Hideaway? will be available at all Haven parks across the UK, providing guests with a holiday home on the coast and facilities like takeaway food options, supermarkets, launderettes and long stretches of beach.
Gerard Tempest, guest and proposition director at Haven, said: ?We look forward to reopening our parks as soon as Government advice allows and it is safe. With social distancing requirements likely to remain in place we don?t expect to be able to provide the full Haven experience to the number of guests we would normally welcome. However, we can still provide the chance for families to escape to the British coast and enjoy a breath of fresh air at the seaside on a ?Haven Hideaway? break.?
These breaks will be available from July and across the whole of 2020. Guests who already have breaks booked during this period will not be affected at this stage. Haven is hoping to offer guests the facilities and activities they have booked. Otherwise they will be contacting the guests within 28 days of their break to confirm the available facilities and if the guests still wants to take their holiday. They can take credit for a future break or cancel and receive a full refund as part of Haven?s coronavirus book with confidence guarantee.
New guests will have the option to book ?Haven Hideaway? breaks at reduced prices from today via their high street travel agent. As further Government restrictions are lifted, and Haven is able to offer the usual activities, pools and entertainment, guests will be offered the chance to upgrade to include access to these popular facilities.
Tempest added: ?We will be making a range of changes to our check-in process and limiting the number of guests staying on park at any time to ensure that we can protect our guests, owners and team as best as possible.?
