Focused on Halkidiki and the Olympus Riviera, new properties complement the now 530-villa-strong collection on mainland Greece, with the brands CEO promising "better agent support" in the near future.
Solmar Villas' CEO, Julie Blake, said the expansion is strategically rooted in Greece's status as "one of the most popular destinations we offer and somewhere our travel agent partners have told us is increasingly popular with their clients."
Halkidiki properties span the Nikiti, Hanioti and Flogita areas, ranging from one- to four-bedroom options. Rates start from £1,097 a week, based on a stay at Villa Veronika in April 2024.
In Litochoro and Platamon, new additions range from two to three bedrooms: prices start from £1,389 per week based on a stay at Villa Melite (also in April 2024).
It's not just Solmar Villas' property portfolio that is seeing growth, as Julie added: "We have seen a huge rise in agent demand for our villas, with over 1,000 new agents signed up on our Facebook page over the last three months, and trade sales revenue for January had doubled year-on-year."
Sights are set on further growth of agent value for the brand, with the brand's CEO concluding: "We expect to see around 22% of our sales coming through the trade by 2025 and have plans to provide better agent support with a dedicated phone line and trade hub."
