Digital Discovery enhances the agent offering with new tech training, service, and marketing hubs, and the chance to win up to £500 Farebank rewards in celebration of the launch.
Gold Medal has enhanced its agent website, offering trade partners access to a host of new hubs and holiday funnel tool.
Agents can edit their commission prior to confirming bookings, and access new technology training, service, and marketing hubs.
The new site was informed by group surveys among Gold Medal's agent partners.
Digital product director, Jamie Greystock, explained: "We have been working incredibly hard over the last 18 months to further enhance the Gold Medal website and bring agents some great new features. The main goal was, and continues to be, is creating an agent website, with agents. With their guidance, requests, and insight we will continue to build a functional tool that meets their needs.
"A lot of investment from both agents and our experienced team has allowed us to create something we are incredibly proud of and are excited to share."
In celebration of the 'Digital Discovery' launch, agents who make an online booking via www.goldmedal.co.uk before July 31st, 2023 will have the chance to win one of three rewards: £150, £250 or £500 in Farebank rewards.
Agents can increase or decrease commission at quote stage, customisable to flight-only, hotel-only or all-inclusive holiday packages.
The Technology Training Hub hosts trade training videos with insights on getting the most out of the site and 'How To' videos on the support and booking options available via the online hubs.
The Service Hub is a dedicated area for post-booking support, with the option to submit requests or request contact information for service teams.
In the Marketing Hub, agents can access collateral for all the Gold Medal brands, as well as guides, destination and sale mini-brochures, and social media content.
