G Touring forms expert agent team to improve trade approach

Travelsphere and Just You's expert advisory team invites agents to deliver feedback and help the operators in their journey to become the most trade-friendly in the business

Up to 12 agents will form the team, who will meet in-person three times a year with the G Touring trade team to discover how they can improve and enhance their trade service.

Rachel Mould, Travelsphere's head of trade sales, said, "We believe that this collaborative approach is the way forward in how we work with trade agents. We can proactively respond to feedback, improve our offering and provide a best-in-class service which we will consistently shape and refine as we meet with the Expert Advisory Team three times a year."

Agents can register to apply for the inaugural team by sending a short paragraph about themselves to agencysales@travelsphere.co.uk with some key bullet points on what they could offer in terms of feedback regarding Travelsphere and Just You's agent support approach.

Rachel concluded, "We ran our first-ever agent survey in spring 2024, and over 400 agents participated. The results were encouraging, but they also highlighted areas for improvement. One key issue identified was the need for agents to experience our products firsthand, which is why we’re launching our largest-ever fam trip programme in 2025.

"Agent feedback such as this is crucial for shaping new initiatives, which is why the creation of the Expert Advisory Team will help us continuously improve our support for trade."
