G Adventures adds new tours to its 'Travel with Confidence Plus' collection

G Adventures has added four new tours to Cuba, Madagascar, Australia and New Zealand, in its 'Travel with Confidence Plus' collection, which offers extended flexible booking options and increased physical distancing measures while on tour.

Launched in June 2020, the collection features smaller groups with a maximum of 12 members, and cheaper solo rooms, private transportation, and enhanced sanitisation and hygiene protocols.

The new collection of itineraries combines a trip to beaches, rain forest hikes and wine tastings in Australia and New Zealand, local homestays and salsa lessons in Cuba, as well as observing the wildlife in Madagascar. The new tours bring the 'Travel with Confidence Plus' collection’s total number of tours to 41, across 28 countries, with departures running up to December 31, 2021. The new Travel with Confidence Plus tours are:

A 34-day 'Australia and New Zealand Encompassed Plus' holiday, which combines a trip to major cities and famous sites in Australia and New Zealand, with the opportunity to explore the lesser-visited rural gems. Some of the highlights include, walks through the rain forest in Great Otway National Park and the Daintree Rainforest, and visiting the famous Sydney Opera House and some water rafting and geothermal spa visits in Rotorua. Prices start from £7,559 per person, excluding flights. https://www.gadventures.com/trips/australia-new-zealand-encompassed-plus/OAZEE/?ref=asearch

The two week 'Highlights of Madagascar Plus', for wildlife lovers with some interesting line ups, such as visiting local communities in Fiadanana, listening to a ghost talker and enjoying a local dinner with the residents, visiting Anja Community Reserve, and swimming in the waterfalls in Ranohira, before visiting the G Adventures-supported Soa Zara Tree Planting Project. The project has been initiated to help protect the biodiversity of Isalo National Park by creating a green corridor. Prices start at £1,629 per person, excluding flights. https://www.gadventures.com/trips/highlights-of-madagascar-plus/DMHME/?ref=asearch

'Cuba Rhythms: Rum & Fun-Plus', which involves getting to know the locals at ‘casa particulars’, exploring the alleyways of Havana’s alleyways, tasting local rums and cigars and learning more about the salsa culture over the course of eight days. Prices start at £619 per person, excluding flights. https://www.gadventures.co.uk/trips/tour-cuba-plus/CCCRE/?ref=navsearch

G Adventures has also extended its 'Book with Confidence' policy, offering flexible rebooking for all bookings made up to December 31, 2020. Under the policy, travellers departing before December 31, 2020 can cancel and rebook up to 14 days prior to departure, while travellers departing between January 1 and December 31, 2021 can cancel and rebook up to 30 days prior to departure. Terms and conditions apply.

The new 'Travel with Confidence Plus' collection includes smaller groups with an average of eight to 10 travellers, which will allow staying at smaller hotels and dining at smaller restaurants with fewer people around; private vehicles (except for planes) with daily assigned seating for physical distance; and, the ‘My Own Room’ facility with 50% discount on fares, across all tours.
