Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines teases first look at summer 2023 programme

Two cruises in the Adriatic and Arctic have launched early, teasing the cruise line's expansive programme for summer 2023.

Offering its first glimpse at the summer 2023 cruising schedule, Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines has revealed two voyages on Borealis, which will sail the Adriatic in May 2023, and Bolette, which will depart on a 23-night sailing in June.

When booking ahead, guests can enjoy a choice of £250 in on-board spending or free door-to-door transfers up to 200 miles for those travelling from mainland UK.

Martin Lister, Head of Itinerary Planning and Destination Experience at Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines, said: “These sailings are perfect for those looking to excite their inner explorer and have been hand-crafted to allow our guests to really immerse themselves in the culture and history of the destinations they are visiting.

“Borealis will be the perfect host for our Adriatic sailing, offering views of the breath-taking Amalfi coast, Capri and the Bay of Kotor that can only be seen from the water, while ashore there will be opportunities to discover the stunning architecture and the history and influence that helped shape it. Meanwhile, in the Arctic, guests can gain an insight into the local way of life, witness whales, puffins and birdlife in their natural habitat whilst taking in unspoilt scenery and the phenomenon that is the Midnight Sun.

“There are some real adventures to be had here, and we can't wait to share them with our guests.”

Borealis' 25-night 'Renaissance Italy, the Adriatic & Amalfi Coast' sails roundtrip from Liverpool, calling at Livorno, Civitavecchia, Sorrento, Amalfi, Venice, Zadar, Split, Kotor, Dubrovnik, Valetta and Málaga en route. The cruise departs on May 22, 2023 and starts from £3,999 per person.

Bolette's 23-night 'Exploring the Arctic & White Sea' cruise sails roundtrip from Newcastle on June 1, 2023, calling at Ålesund, Tromsø, Honningsvåg, Murmansk, Solovki, Longyearbyen, Pyramiden, Reykjavík, Ísafjörður, Akureyri, and Tórshavn. Prices start from £3,799.

Fred. Olsen Cruise Line's full 2023 summer programme is anticipated for release in mid-March 2022.
