Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo, have got an exclusive residential enclave, which will start accepting reservations from November 12.
Residences at Prieta Bay is a part of the Four Seasons Private Retreats collection, a limited collection of exquisite estate homes and private villas, filled with all comforts and an insider access to an eco-adventure playground in the Pacific Americas.
The venture is a part of Peninsula Papagayo?s community-wide transformation. Prieta Bay houses custom eco-luxury, three- four- and five-bedroom villas and estate homes, sprawled over seven hectares (17 acres) of prime oceanfront, in a private and gated enclave adjacent to Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo.
The property has been designed by Ronald Zurcher and features gallery-like spaces with floor-to-ceiling glass windows that open to the outdoors, with mesmerising views of the Pacific Ocean.
