Essential Travel launches insurance add-on option

Essential Travel has launched a new travel insurance add-on which has been specifically designed for cruises and can be added to any single or annual travel insurance policy. The new option provides extended baggage cover of up to ?3,500, up to ?500 cover for missed shore trips, up to ?600 cover for cabin confinement (due to illness) and up to ?700 for valuables.

Additional cruise insurance starts at ?4.74 for an 18-year-old, ?6.90 for a 42-year-old, ?7.32 for a 60-year-old and ?10.77 for a 70-year old-traveller.
