Emirates to start daily flight services to Bangkok and twice-weekly flights to Lusaka in September

Emirates will be resuming daily flight services to Bangkok from September 1 while a twice weekly passenger service and from Dubai to Lusaka, will start from September 4, bringing the total network of connected cities to 79.

Flights between Dubai and Bangkok will offer travellers in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific, convenient connections via Dubai to Thailand. The restarting of services to Lusaka will connect people in Zambia to Dubai. 

Emirates Boeing 777-300ER aircraft will offer seats in first, business and economy class. Starting September 1, flight EK384 will depart from Dubai daily at 01:50 am and arrive in Bangkok at 11:30am, while the return flight, EK385, will depart from Bangkok at 03:25 am, and arrive in Dubai at 06:35 am, from September 2. 

Travellers arriving into Bangkok are subject to requirements set by the Thai authorities and certain restrictions are in place. 

From September 4, Boeing 777-300ER will serve Lusaka every Fridays and Sundays. Flight EK 713 will depart from Dubai at 08:20am, arriving in Lusaka at 13:30pm. The return flight, EK 714, will depart Lusaka at 15:30pm, and arrive in Dubai at 00:25am the next day. 

 COVID-19 PCR tests are mandatory for all inbound and transit passengers arriving to Dubai (and the UAE) irrespective of the country they are coming from.
