Applicable to all fares, flex guarantee means that agents can now book their clients flights with confidence - if plans change, so can flights.
Travellers can now change their flight to any destination and date, up to 14 days before departure. Only if the new fare is higher will they be asked to pay the difference.
If government restrictions change, easyJet will remove the change fee within 14 days of departure, so flights can be easily transferred. easyJet is also offering a cash refund or voucher, online, if any flights are cancelled due to COVID-19.
As added reassurance, easyJet is still offering its Holidays Protection Promise on all existing and future bookings. This also guarantees protection and guidance, should your client's holiday become impacted by COVID-19.
