Domes Novos Santorini will bring the lifestyle hospitality groups portfolio to 13 hotels across the Greek Islands and the Algarve when it opens this summer.
Situated in the Tholos region (suitably translating to 'Domes' in English), the hotel offers a family-friendly experience off the island's beaten path, with a choice of spacious suites and villa options.
Domes' inspired approach to food and beverage offerings will be no exception at Novos Santorini, with local vineyard tours and tastings offered, alongside immersive cooking classes. For a less interactive yet equally tastebud-enthralling option, the new Vatanee restaurant, spearheaded by head chef Dionysis Anastopoulos, will guarantee dishes inspired by iconic Greek culinary tradition.
