After confirming in November that advance trade bookings are up 38% and average booking value is up 9% for 2025, CV Villas has announced new additions to its accommodation portfolios in a host of its key continental markets
50 new additions have joined the portfolio, hoping to cement the villa provider's firm footing from last year and kickstart 2025 in a suitably ambitious fashion.
With Portugal bookings up 25% in 2024 against the year previous, it is no surprise that new additions have been confirmed. Amongst them is Villa Florescer, in Vilamoura in the Algarve.
The five-bedroom villa brings the cream and pastel colours of the Algarve inside, blending the region's smooth colour palette with a contemporary and open plan design. A pool, table tennis area, al fresco dining space, barbecue and more hope to tear down boundaries between indoors and out. Prices lead in from £4,811 for the whole villa for seven nights, including maid service, linen change, and mid-week towel change.
New additions to the ABOVE collection, which pairs luxury villas with in-house staff for an extra dose of indulgence, include the Spirit of Son Fuster (pictured above) at the base of Mallorca's Alaro twin mountains. The villa's historic charm, which dates back to the 14th century, is here paired with indulgent round-the-clock staff service and 10 opulent ensuite rooms.
Prices lead in from £3,256 per person (£64,575 for the whole villa) based on maximum occupancy, daily housekeeping, chef service thrice daily, laundry service, towel and linen change twice throughout the week, and a welcome pack.
The new options are now bookable via the CV Villas trade hub.
