p>Crowne Plaza has announced a trial programme of pilots at its London - The City, Rome - St. Peter?s and Brussels Airport hotels.
The pilots have been developed in response to research carried out by InterContinental Hotels Group (which the brand is a member of) of more than 6,000 business travellers from nine global markets.
The research revealed that business guests would prefer a more personalised service geared towards their priorities, values and work schedules.
The pilots include Energy Essentials, comprising of run stations and complimentary water, fruit and snack boxes; a Fast and Fresh menu, with freshly prepared items that are ready whenever the guest is; Breakfast To Go, breakfast boxes which can be eaten in guest rooms or on the go; and Completely Connected, an in-room solution to business travellers? connection needs, ensuring all devices can be charged at all times and that guests have access to secure WiFi printing.
The hotel group will be reviewing the success of the pilots with a view to rolling out the best received innovations into other hotels and markets next year.
