Cora Cora Maldives sets October opening date

Cora Cora Maldives, a five-star resort inspired by Maldivian culture, has set an opening date of October 1, 2021.

Located on the Raa Atoll, the resort is 45 minutes by seaplane from Velana International Airport or 30 minutes by domestic flight. The resort's 100 villas overlook the Indian Ocean, offering a contemporary and fresh luxury experience to its guests.

The property will host five restaurants on-site, including the Asian-inspired Ginger Moon, Japanese-centric Teien, and Italian-beach-club hybrid Acquapazza.

For guests looking to soak up the cultural heritage of the Maldives, Cora Cora will be the first resort to host a licensed art gallery and museum, with over 400 local artefacts showcasing the cultural heritage of the island.

Adventure awaits at the resort's natural house reef and PADI-certified diving school, letting guests explore the Raa Atoll's array of marine life, or adults can kick back and indulge at the spa and kids can let off steam at the expansive playground and Kid's Club.

Beach Villas at the resort start from US$750, based on two people sharing on an all-inclusive basis.
