Cruise and Maritime Voyages is promoting all nine of its department heads to Director level from January 1, 2020.
Making the announcement, Chris Coates, the Group commercial director said: ?2019 has been another successful year for CMV. The contribution and commitment of all our heads of department is very much valued by the company. Many of those involved will be well known throughout the industry in helping CMV grow whilst others have performed key tasks in the background.?
Among those getting new titles in the New Year are Lisa Jacobs who will be sales director; Mike Hall, marketing director; Dave Eastwood, passenger sales director; and Bob McGowan, director of product & guest services.
Other title changes include Michelle Lupino, shore excursions & itinerary planning director; Miranda Hill, HR director; Gary Hides, technology director; Mo Parvez, finance director; and Dean Medley, director of compliance & privacy.
Chris Coates added: ?We are entering our eleventh year. Many of our management team have been with the company since the early days and are the reason we are now the size we are. We are committed to working with the travel trade. The fact that we have had a consistent team means that we have developed strong partnerships and the trade can have every confidence in working with CMV in 2020 and beyond.?
